Charles Chuen Kwong Cho received his musical training at Leeds College of Music (England) and Hong Kong Baptist University, along with many scholastic awards. He is honored to have studied with great teachers such as Prof. Andrew Ball, Jakob Fichert, Grace Lau Lively Stones, Cheng Wai, Andrew Ma Chong, Jane Flynn (piano), Lam Sun Chun (violin), and Rebecca Ng Mei Ying (percussion).
Chuen had participated in many well renowned music festivals, and he has performed as a soloist and a collaborative musician at various local public venues, concert halls and schools in Birmingham Conservatoire, Leeds College of Music, BBC Yorkshire, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College, University of Manchester, University of Bristol, University of Birmingham, University of Sheffield, Newcastle University, Leeds Town Hall, London Steinway Hall, Tsuen Wan Town Hall, Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre, Sheung Wan Civic Centre, St. John’s Cathedral, HKBU Academic Community Hall, Hong Kong City Hall and Hong Kong Cultural Centre.
Besides being a versatile pianist, Chuen is also passionate about his teaching. Now he teaches privately and he constantly encouraged students to participate in various performances in order to maintain a high level of teaching quality and learning standard.
